What am I?

I'm a Web Developer. I graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Computer Programming). I'm proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, PHP and MySQL as well as JQuery and WordPress. I also have experience with C++ and Java, though they weren't my focus.

Most of my professional experience has been in developing WordPress themes for individuals and small businesses mostly in southern oregon and occasionally across the U.S. For samples of my work, please visit my portfolio!

Who am I?

I'm an easy-going homebody that enjoys reading books, playing video games and listening to wierd Japanese music. My interest in video games got me into programming, and when I saw how horrible the video game industry is for its workers, I became a web developer and never looked back.

So why choose web development? When I was learning about how to program in High School, web development was one of the first languages (set of languages, really - there are a lot of technologies involved) in which I could express any kind of creativity with, and was the thing that convinced me to pursue a career as a programmer.

Where am I?

I'm based in Southern Oregon, around the Grants Pass, Medford & Ashland area, although with the magic of the internet I can work for anyone anywhere!
